ABOUT THE SPEAKER: Dr. Phillip Snider is a bariatric physician at The Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pennsylvania. He is board-certified in family medicine and received his medical degree and fellowship training from Midwestern University at the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. He completed his residency with Scottsdale Healthcare in Scottsdale, Arizona and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Prior to medical school, he was a personal trainer and a dietitian for 10 years, and he is certified as a bariatrician by the American Board of Obesity Medicine. In addition to Dr. Snider’s clinical role at Guthrie, he is their Chief Medical Information Officer.
