KatieChampmon

Presented by Katie Chapmon, MS, RD

Over the past few years, there’s been more attention to the gut microbiome and the numerous connections it has with diseases, as well as other body processes. With the increasing link between the gut microbiome and its connection to obesity and mood stabilization, how do we, as practitioners, help to optimize this contributing factor? What are the details and what do we currently know? How do you evaluate and the various options to help maximize a healthy gut? We’ll talk through these and more during this exciting webinar.

Learning Objectives Include:

  • Identify how the gut microbiome can contribute to obesity
  • Explore the gut/brain axis and its relationship to mood
  • Evaluation of microbiome and treatment
