ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Rachel Smith, CNM, ARNP, is a graduate of University of Illinois, Trinity College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and Midwifery Institute of Philadelphia University. She has ongoing training through Duke University as an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and through the Institute for Functional Medicine. After a decade of practicing Midwifery in the Quad Cities, she transitioned the focus of her practice to wellness and weight management, acting as the founding Director for Weight Management at The Group, the longest standing OB practice in the metro area. Smith now serves as the weight management Program Coordinator at Discover Health at Sleep Manatee in Bradenton, Florida.
